This event is part of Go Succeed, a support service from local councils in Northern Ireland that can help to start, grow or scale a business.

This session aims to help social enterprises and businesses understand how to identify suitable funding opportunities, prepare stronger applications, avoid common mistakes and use practical tools, including AI, to improve the quality of their funding submissions.

The session will cover

• How to understand the funding landscape and identify opportunities that genuinely fit your organisation or project.
• What funders are looking for, including need, outcomes, impact, deliverability, value for money and sustainability.
• Practical tips for building stronger applications, avoiding common mistakes and improving scores.
• What a good application looks like, using examples and case-study learning from successful funding bids.
• How to use AI safely and effectively to support funding applications without losing authenticity or accuracy.

Please note as this is an in-person event, the registration numbers for this are restricted. Whilst Go Succeed operates across NI, this event is being hosted by Belfast City Council, therefore should the event reach capacity and a waiting list is created, priority access will be given to businesses based in the Belfast City Council area.
