Voluntary Employment Equality Monitoring

This introductory level course is for those who wish to gain a basic understanding of voluntary equality employment monitoring which covers those equality groups not covered by the Fair Employment monitoring regulations. The sessions looks at the reasons why an employer would monitor and how to monitor.

This course prepares learners to participate in the development and implementation of voluntary equality monitoring.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend the timings of these sessions.

We appreciate as much notice of cancellation by delegates as possible, so that we can re-allocate the place. Delegates may cancel their booking by email or by phone.
