Join us for this engaging 90-minute introduction to lean thinking, the world-renowned approach to working smarter that began with Toyota and now transforms offices, hospitals, and services worldwide.

In this session you will:

• Discover what lean really is (hint: it's not about cutting corners or cutting jobs)
• Explore the core principles of lean thinking
• Learn to spot the eight wastes hiding in your everyday work
• See lean in action through real-world examples

This event is ideal for construction, manufacturing and engineering companies but suitable for any business wanting to develop their internal problem solving skills.

This Go Succeed workshop is open to all individuals in the early stages of their business, located in the Newry, Mourne and Down District Council area and neighbouring Council areas.

Please note as this is an in-person event, the registration numbers for this are restricted. Whilst Go Succeed operates across NI, this event is being hosted by Newry, Mourne and Down District Council therefore should the event reach capacity and a waiting list is created, priority access will be given to businesses based in that area.
