Free Events

In the event of a cancellation, please inform the organiser in writing, by post or email, at least 72 hours in advance of the event.  Substitute participation will be accepted; subject to prior notification to the organisers, MLN or Podiem Ltd. The organiser reserves the right to alter any of the arrangements for this event, including cancellation of the event, should unforeseen circumstances require such action. The organisers accept no responsibility for resulting costs and/or inconvenience to delegates. By registering, delegates give permission for their contact details to be used for communication purposes by the organiser only, as well as being included on delegate lists produced for the event (only name and organisation will be listed on the delegate list, not contact details). If delegates would prefer not to have their details included on the delegate list they should inform the organiser in writing no less than 3 working days in advance of the event.  By booking you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.

Paid For Events

Occasionally MLN will organise ‘Paid For’ events. Once a booking is confirmed there is no refund on cancellations.  Substitute participation will be accepted; subject to prior notification to the organisers, MLN or Podiem Ltd.
