The Go Succeed Start team hosts this in-person enterprise support clinic, designed to provide aspiring entrepreneurs and early-stage business owners with the expert guidance needed to navigate the complexities of launching and establishing a successful business.

Join us as we take the first steps to transform your content marketing approach - and discover how to engage your target audience effectively using customer personas and customer journey mapping.

In this workshop, you'll learn how to create a customer persona and customer journey map helping you develop a better understanding of your customer's needs and preferences. Through practical exercises, we’ll explore how to tailor your content to meet your audience’s needs at every stage of their customer journey. From capturing attention to driving conversions, you’ll gain valuable insights into aligning your content and messaging with your audiences’ interests and needs.

Finally, we'll explore using these insights alongside AI tools to develop a content plan, ensuring your messaging stays consistent and resonates with your audience over time. By the end of the workshop, you'll walk away with a clear roadmap to enhance your content marketing efforts and drive tangible results for your business.

Whilst Go Succeed operates across NI, this event is being hosted by Mid Ulster District Council, therefore should the event reach capacity and a waiting list is created, priority access will be given to businesses based in the Mid Ulster District Council area.
