This introductory course is for those who plan to sit on recruitment and selection panels and those involved in the development of equality-related policies such as equal opportunities, harassment and bullying and recruitment and selection. 

As noted, this course prepares learners for sitting on recruitment panels.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend the timings of these sessions.

We appreciate as much notice of cancellation by delegates as possible, so that we can re-allocate the place. Delegates may cancel their booking by email or by phone.

Delegates are responsible for any charges incurred during attendance at the session.

We are happy to share our training materials with guidance on their use from commission staff.
