This course covers equality law in Northern Ireland and its implications for people experiencing menopause in the workplace.
What this course will cover
By attending this training course, you will:
- Understand what the employment and equality laws in relation to menstruation, reproductive health, and menopause in the workplace
- Explain how the reasonable adjustment duty may be triggered and employers’ steps
- Creating an environment to normalise conversations around women’s health
- Learn how to review or develop policies and practices that support equality and employment law
- Recognise how to create a workplace that is inclusive
What you will need
The session is online using MS Teams. It runs from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm (one hour and 30 minutes).
