This course is for those who wish to consider putting in place the Equality Commission’s 5-step process to assist their employer to work towards being a good practice employer. The course explains the importance of having a corporate commitment to equality and diversity, an inclusive organisational culture, effective policies and procedures, and professional training.

This course will enable learners to position their employer as a good practice employer.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend the timings of these sessions.
