The Productivity and Green Skills Accelerator Programme is a cutting-edge initiative aimed at supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Northern Ireland to enhance their productivity while embedding sustainable practices into their core operations. 

You will;

• Boost your personal management capabilities with cutting edge leadership practices and insights and learn how to lead your team with confidence.
• Identify opportunities for business value creation and innovation through continual improvement.
• Equip you with practical strategies, tools, and techniques to integrate sustainable practices across business functions.
• Develop a sustainable road map for your organisation. Establish where you want to go and why it matters capturing goals, inivitatives, and approach to achieving the vision.

Format of classes and dates:

• Beginning 10 April 2025 - North West Region - Seven-week programme is delivered in person at The Everglades Hotel, Derry/Londonderry.
• Beginning 29 April 2025 - South West Region - Seven-week programme is delivered in person at Canal Court Hotel, Newry.

This programme is supported by the Department for the Economy. There are a limited number of fully funded places available for the April 2025 intakes.
