Mindset Mastering for Entrepreneurs

This event is part of Go Succeed, a new support service from local councils in Northern Ireland that can help to start, grow or scale a business.
The Go Succeed Start team hosts this in-person enterprise support clinic, designed to provide aspiring entrepreneurs and early-stage business owners with the expert guidance needed to navigate the complexities of launching and establishing a successful business. The session will also introduce entrepreneurs to the relevant supports available across the enterprise support ecosystem.
In the dynamic world of entrepreneurship, the right mindset can be the difference between success and stagnation. This workshop is designed to empower entrepreneurs with the tools and techniques necessary to cultivate a growth-oriented mindset, enabling them to navigate challenges and seize opportunities effectively.
By participating in this workshop, entrepreneurs will achieve the following outcomes:
Awareness of Your Current Mindset:
- Gain a deep understanding of your existing mindset and its impact on your entrepreneurial journey
- Identify limiting beliefs and thought patterns that may be hindering your progress
- Learn to recognise the signs of a fixed mindset versus a growth mindset
Techniques to Improve Your Mindset:
- Explore practical strategies to shift from a fixed to a growth mindset
- Develop resilience and adaptability to overcome obstacles and setbacks
- Practice mindfulness and positive thinking techniques to maintain a proactive and optimistic outlook
- Implement goal-setting and visualisation methods to enhance motivation and focus
Please note as this is an in-person event, the registration numbers for this are restricted. Whilst Go Succeed operates across NI, this event is being hosted by Ards and North Down Borough Council, therefore should the event reach capacity and a waiting list is created, priority access will be given to businesses based in the Ards and North Down Borough Council area.
