Menopause Matters At Work

Cost: £125.20

Join us at Northern Ireland’s inaugural Menopause Matters at Work conference for the latest updates and guidance on supporting individuals experiencing menopause in the workplace.

Hosted in partnership by Over The Bloody Moon and Cleaver Fulton Rankin, this event is aimed at organisations keen to adopt a pro-active approach to developing effective, workable strategies for menopause management and to ensure they are compliant with their legal obligations around managing menopause in the workplace. The event will provide invaluable insights into fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.

Attendees will learn from industry experts about how to create a menopause-inclusive culture in your organisation as we explore:

  • How menopause impacts all employees in the workplace
  • Potential career issues & concerns, faced by individuals experiencing symptoms
  • The important difference between responding and reacting
  • How to set up an effective strategy to bring about real cultural change
  • How to ensure you are a progressive, inclusive and supportive organisation
  • How to identify and address menopause in the workplace
  • How to identify as well as implement reasonable adjustments, where required
  • How to minimise your exposure to grievances or claims relating to menopause at work.

Ticket price includes:

  • Access to the full 1 day conference, including presentations and interactive, thought-provoking panel sessions with our experts.
  • A networking lunch to provide an opportunity for sharing experiences, challenges and tips with up to 100 other employers, HR professionals and Diversity, Equality and Inclusion professionals.
  • Demonstrations of the MenoVest™, a hot flush simulator, designed to foster allyship and cultivation conversation around common menopause symptoms at work
  • Exclusive access to our Menopause Matters at Work toolkit, a vital workplace resource that assists with developing allyship, fostering inclusivity and breaking the taboo around menopause in the workplace.

Don't miss this opportunity to connect with others and gain valuable knowledge. We expect a very high level of interest from those working in HR, Talent Acquisition, Management and Diversity, Equality & Inclusion. Spaces are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
