This event is part of Go Succeed, a support service from local councils in Northern Ireland that can help to start, grow or scale a business.

This masterclass will support sole traders, self-employed professionals and small business owners understand the latest Making Tax Digital (MTD) for Income Tax requirements and prepare for the upcoming changes. Providing valuable insights, practical guidance and actionable steps, this masterclass will help you meet your new tax obligations with confidence.

Delivered by an experienced accountant, the session will increase your understanding of:

  • Making Tax Digital for Income Tax - what it is and who it affects.
  • Key implementation dates and compliance requirements.
  • Digital record-keeping and HMRC-compatible software.
  • Quarterly reporting and end-of-year obligations.
  • Practical bookkeeping and financial management tips.
  • Preparing your business for a smooth transition to digital tax reporting.

This Go Succeed workshop is open to all individuals in the early stages of their business, located in the Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council area and neighbouring Council areas.

Please note as this is an in-person event, the registration numbers for this are restricted. Whilst Go Succeed operates across NI, this event is being hosted by Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council therefore should the event reach capacity and a waiting list is created, priority access will be given to businesses based in that area.
