Lunch & Learn | Operational Excellence

We are hosting a series of regional Lunch & Learn workshops on Operational Excellence in January and February 2025.

These informal but practical workshops will provide an overview of Operational Excellence, introduce some Lean Thinking tools and techniques and provide take-aways that you can implement to improve productivity and profitability at your workplace.

Led by an experienced lean, six sigma, supply chain practitioner with a wealth of experience in a diverse range of sectors, they will be especially relevant to small or medium sized businesses looking to implement cost efficiencies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

There will also be opportunities for networking and company specific one to one discussions with the Invest NI Operational Excellence team.
