This event is part of Go Succeed, a support service from local councils in Northern Ireland that can help to start, grow or scale a business.

The Go Succeed Start team hosts this in-person masterclass, designed to help business owners approach social media more strategically, sustainably, and realistically alongside the day-to-day demands of running a business.

Rather than focusing on constant posting or chasing trends, the session explores how social media can support wider business goals, build visibility, strengthen customer relationships, and create opportunities without becoming overwhelming or time-consuming.

Participants will be encouraged to assess what their business actually needs from social media, which platforms are most relevant to their audience, and how to create a manageable system that supports consistency without requiring constant online presence.

The session will also explore how to move social media from being reactive and last-minute to becoming part of a simple, repeatable business process.

This Go Succeed workshop is open to all individuals in the early stages of their business, located in the Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council area and neighbouring Council areas.

Please note as this is an in-person event, the registration numbers for this are restricted. Whilst Go Succeed operates across NI, bthis event is being hosted by Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council, therefore should the event reach capacity and a waiting list is created, priority access will be given to businesses based in that area.
