Leveraging digital transformation for a sustainable business

Overview

Cost: Free

This is the first in a series of 'Supporting Digital Transformation' webinars, delivered by the William J. Clinton Leadership Institute at Queen's Business School. These webinars aim to help small and micro businesses in Northern Ireland adopt advanced digital technologies. They also highlight the support available through the Digital Transformation Flexible Fund.

This first webinar reviews the difference between digital transformation and how it differs from digitisation. Queen's Business School expert, Brenda Clerkin, outlines how to identify where you and your business are on a digital transformation journey.

You will learn about the six digital technologies, which when integrated into all areas of a business, result in fundamental changes to how the business operates and how value is delivered to customers. You will also find out why digital transformation is vital for your business's long-term sustainability.
