The Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management aims to give practicing and potential first line managers the foundation for their formal development.

The course is ideal for individuals who have management responsibilities but no formal training, and those who wish to develop their abilities.

It particularly supports practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people through organisational change and other pressures.
