Introduction to Section 75

This introductory level course is for those who wish to gain a basic understanding of Section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act. It covers the basic concepts associated with S75, including equality schemes, screening, equality impact assessment and monitoring.

This course prepares learners to participate in the writing of equality schemes, conducting screening and equality impact assessment exercises, and establishing monitoring arrangement.
