Introduction To Equality In The Workplace

This introductory level course is for those who are new or relatively new to the field of equality. It covers the basic definitions of equality and discrimination and gives an overview of equality law. Learners will be enabled to develop basic equality policies and to review existing policies.

This course prepares learners from the more detailed courses.
