Impact Innovation Lab: Design, Collaborate, Solve - Spring Impact Network 2026

Overview

Cost: Free

We’re inviting organisations to submit their impact challenges, and 2-3 will be featured at the Spring session. Whether it’s about embedding impact, adapting services, or struggling with telling the story of your impact, this is your opportunity to get fresh ideas and support from peers across the sector.

We’ve launched a short challenge submission form.  If you would like your impact challenge to be considered for spotlighting complete the form by 30 January 2026.

Selected challenges will be featured in our session with design-led thinking to give you practical solutions and peer insight. Even if your challenge isn’t selected, you’ll leave with tools and ideas you can apply directly to your own work. This is a learning lab for everyone — not just the presenters.

Why you should attend

  • Real-World Examples: See how other organisations approach complex challenges — and adapt their strategies to your own context
  • Design-Led Thinking Tools: Learn simple and effective techniques for problem-solving and innovation
  • Peer Insight: Engage in breakout discussions where you’ll contribute ideas and hear diverse perspectives
  • Actionable Takeaways: Leave with inspiration to tackle your own challenges
