This course provides guidance on identifying and addressing unfair pay differences in the workplace. It looks at methods for collecting and reviewing pay data, interpreting the findings, and taking action to promote fairness and ensure legal compliance. The Commission’s equal pay toolkit will be introduced as a resource for removing barriers to equal pay and building trust across a business or organisation. It will also briefly explain the difference between equal pay and gender pay reporting.
