The Future Workforce Summit is designed to bring together employers, policymakers, and educators to explore the challenges and opportunities facing Northern Ireland in developing a workforce that meets the needs of the economy.

It will provide a platform for stakeholders to discuss employer-led solutions to labour shortages, share best practices and explore innovative ideas and strategies for addressing the skills gap.
