Free Stewarding Training for Event Management

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, in partnership with Fermanagh and Omagh Policing and Community Safety Partnership (PCSP) and APEX Housing Association, is launching a comprehensive suite of free training sessions to support voluntary and community organisations across the district.

Delivered by Proficiency Training and organised by PCSP, this in-person training is ideal for groups involved in event coordination. Topics include crowd control, traffic management, conflict resolution, and emergency response.

The in-person training will be held at the Bawnacre Centre, Irvinestown on Thursday 8 May and Monday 9 June 2025 from 7pm to 10pm. Spaces are limited to four participants per group and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
