Safefood Knowledge Network, in association with Derry City & Strabane District Council, is hosting a food safety workshop for small food businesses.
 
The workshop will provide up-to-date training on:

• Managing food allergens
• Cleaning and sanitisation
• Controlling food poisoning bacteria
• Pest control
• Basics of HACCP 

Participants will have the opportunity to learn from an experienced food safety trainer, as well as to connect with other small food businesses in your area.
