Family Business Current and Future Leaders Accelerator: Free Information Session on Course and Funding

Around 30% of family businesses in Northern Ireland survive from the first to the second generation. MENTupLEADup® is offering a fully funded, accredited one-day leadership bootcamp in September 2026 for current and next-generation family business leaders. Funding availability may depend on your council area.

The bootcamp will include:

• workshops and discussions
• presentations from licensed family business experts
• follow-up one-to-one personal leadership coaching
• ongoing networking opportunities

The programme is designed to deliver tangible outcomes for both individual leaders and their businesses, with a focus on practical, small-business leadership.

Before booking onto the bootcamp, you are invited to a free, short, online information session at lunchtime. The session will explain:

• who the bootcamp is for
• what the one-day programme covers
• how funding and accreditation work
• how to apply

Attendance at the information session is free and open to current and next-generation family business leaders.
