Equality Case Law Update for Employers

This course is aimed at HR professionals, policy makers and trade unionists.

It will provide attendees with an overview of case law decisions over the past 24 months and explain what the implications are for employers in relation to their own policies and practices.

In addition, we will examine those themes that are dominant in relation to Commission settlements and consider the implications for employers more widely.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend the timings of these sessions.
