Course overview
The course examines those changes in respect of equal opportunities, harassment and bullying and recruitment and selection policies, practices and procedures. It also examines the importance of using AI tools/systems within context and how organisations can best ensure that their AI tools/systems remain free of bias as regards policy implementation.
What this course will cover
By attending this training course, you will:
- Understand the need for policies to be developed or amended as regards AI, to stay on the right side of the law
- Learn about the key policies affected and main changes to be considered
What you will need
The session is online using MS Teams. It runs from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm (one hour).
