The course examines those changes in respect of equal opportunities, harassment and bullying and recruitment and selection policies, practices and procedures. It also examines the importance of using AI tools/systems within context and how organisations can best ensure that their AI tools/systems remain free of bias as regards policy implementation.

What this course will cover

By attending this training course, you will:

  • Understand the need for policies to be developed or amended as regards AI, to stay on the right side of the law
  • Learn about the key policies affected and main changes to be considered

The session is online using MS Teams. It runs from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm (one hour).
