Overview

Cost: Free

This is the sixth in a series of 'Supporting Digital Transformation' webinars, delivered by the William J. Clinton Leadership Institute at Queen's Business School. These webinars aim to help small and micro businesses in Northern Ireland adopt advanced digital technologies. They also highlight the support available through the Digital Transformation Flexible Fund.

This webinar explains the difference between digital transformation and digitisation, helping you identify where your business is on this journey. It will highlight six key digital technologies that can transform how your business operates and delivers value to customers.

In this session, Queen's Business School expert Niladri Palit will introduce extended reality (XR) technologies and show how they can help you enter new markets. An industry guest from Rovar will also share practical advice on using immersive technologies to expand your presence in local and international markets and increase sales.
