What is the aim of this course?

This course is designed to take the best practice credit control principles and enable you to develop and implement either a new, or improved, credit procedure within your organisation, in line with industry best practice, thus leading to a more successful credit management function.

What will I learn?

This course will take you through the various activities and skills needed to implement for effective credit control. We will examine the various roles and responsibilities and share our practical “hands on” examples with you to identify the best way of dealing with cash management within different sectors and organisations.

By the end of the training you will be able to:

  • Understand credit control principles and the importance of credit management within the organisation
  • Know how an effective credit department should be structured
  • Be aware of the current policies and procedures for the granting of credit
  • Manage your customer accounts effectively
  • Implement effective and robust cash management procedures

Terms

All cancellations must be emailed to contact@akutraining.com  Fees payable for cancellations are as follows:

More than 14 days before the date of the course - No fees payable
3 – 14 days before the date of the course - £50 administration fee
Less than 3 days before the date of the course - 50% of total fees payable            

We will accept a substitute delegate at any stage at no charge.

Should AKU Training need to cancel or postpone an event for any reason, as much notice as possible will be given and an alternative date may be offered.  If the alternative date is unacceptable to you any delegate fees will be fully refunded.  AKU Training is not liable for any subsequent loss.

Whilst the programme is correct at the time of going to press, AKU Training reserves the right to change the details of the training course at any time. Alterations may be beyond our control.
