E-DATA Using CRM and Data to Make Better Decisions - October session - online

Overview

Cost: Free

This workshop focuses on helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) use customer relationship management (CRM) systems or simpler equivalent tools in a more practical and structured way. The aim is to improve follow-up, conversion, and decision-making through clearer visibility of customer and marketing performance. By the end of the session,  you will have a better understanding of which customer and marketing data actually matters, how to assess performance and how to decide where to focus effort over the next 90 days. You will also receive practical guidance on using AI as a support tool for data review and analysis.

Why attend?

Businesses that manage customer and marketing data in a structured way typically benefit from:

  • clearer visibility of enquiries, follow-ups, and outcomes
  • improved follow-up processes and stronger conversion rates
  • better prioritisation of marketing and sales effort
  • better decisions based on real information

This session will help you:

  • identify the core customer and marketing information that should be captured in one place
  • build a simple, one-page CRM-led view of marketing and sales performance
  • create a realistic 90-day marketing and customer follow-up improvement plan
  • use AI as a guided support tool to review data, test decisions, and refine action plans

The workshop combines facilitator inputs with practical working time and includes an industry case study, where you will hear and learn directly from a real SME example.

Participants will leave with a completed one-page performance view and a practical 90-day plan.
