Wojciech specializes in excise duty, fuel surcharge, SENT, energy law and sugar tax. He participated in legislative works on the amendment to the excise duty act in 2016, which resulted in the introduction of tax exemptions to the legal system for electricity used in production processes and by energy-intensive plants. This year, Wojciech received an individual distinction for leading tax advisors in the excise duty category, in the 18th Ranking of Tax Firms and Tax Advisors, published by a leading Polish law press.

Manager, KPMG in Poland

Wojciech specializes in conducting customs audits and obtaining customs authorizations. He has extensive experience in determining tariff classification, origin, and customs value of goods. This year, Wojciech earned an individual distinction in the customs category, in the 18th Ranking of Tax Firms and Tax Advisors by a leading Polish law press.

Tomasz Piotrowski
Senior Manager, KPMG in Poland

Tomasz has over a decade of experience in advising clients on VAT matters. He is responsible for the monthly VAT compliance of his clients and assists them during tax audits and administrative court proceedings. Tomasz conducts tax trainings, implements SAF-T reporting, and supports clients in adapting to the digital revolution in tax reporting.
