This seminar addresses the complex and sensitive issues of bullying and harassment in the workplace.  It will look at key areas such as: the importance of creating a positive culture, how to distinguish bullying from harassment and dealing with bullying and harassment including individual and organisational responsibilities.

Who should attend?

Employers and line managers.

Learning Outcomes

At the end of this session participants will be able to:

  • Understand the benefits of creating a culture of Dignity at Work.
  • Explain the complexities of bullying and harassment as a workplace issue.
  • Describe the key legal issues associated with workplace bullying and harassment.
  • Devise approaches that may be taken to address workplace bullying and harassment.
