Kay Kukoyi is the CEO and Founder of Purposeful Group, an international community and centre for learning focused on entrepreneurship, technology and digital skills training. The company supports and empowers tech and digital entrepreneurs around the world through its bestselling books, professional mentoring, specialist workshops and expert-led programmes.

Kay is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur who has been recognised by the Financial Times and Inclusive Boards as one of the most influential BAME leaders in the UK Technology sector (2019). She was also named as one of Brummell Magazine's Inspirational Women of 2023.
Kay is thecreator of the10 Step App Map™ and App Map 2.0 models for tech entrepreneurs, the Wheel of Progress model, and is a 5x author of a range of business books, and a global startup and business mentor, tech startup specialist, speaker and lecturer. Kay regularly judges at national and local startup competitions and is an advisory board member within the education sector.

Expert Faculty - Erin Schreck
Erin Schreck is a consultant within the Careers and Work Placement team at Queen's Business School.

Erin is responsible for developing and implementing a full range of careers education, information, advice, and guidance. She also delivers a programme of bespoke career events to postgraduate QBS students to aid professional development and increase employability skills. Erin supports and connects students with business, signposting the range of resources and benefits available at Queen's Business School to the small business community.
