Customs Procedures and Documentation

Overview

Cost: £358.00 - £478.80

Overview

This full day course will look at the information that is required to be submitted to customs to enable goods to be imported and exported. It also looks at the differences between EU and non-EU trade.

This very detailed and comprehensive course looks at the procedures required to deal with customs.

It is vitally important that importers and exporters understand the information required to be submitted, as in most cases it is the importer and exporter who would be liable for this information, even if it is done by a third party, which in most cases it is.

Delays, fines and inspections are things that no company wants to endure, hence this course will equip attendees with the information to be able to understand what is required to comply with customs and if at any time an audit was required, then to be able to be prepared.

Understanding these procedures from both a commercial and operational level will improve a company’s import-export efficiency, which can lead to increased sales growth, due to lack of errors in the information provided to import and export your products.
