This event is part of Go Succeed, a new support service from local councils in Northern Ireland that can help to start, grow or scale a business.

The Go Succeed Start team hosts this session, perfect for individuals with a well-defined business idea or those already in business who want to explore new models for growing their business. Participants will be introduced to the Business Model Canvas as a tool to design, create, and describe their business. Participants will be able to create a visual of their business story which can be used to help them to plan key activities and to pitch their business to funders.

This Go Succeed workshop is open to all individuals who are establishing their business throughout Northern Ireland, and facilitated by Enterprise NI.
