Bullying and Harassment

This course is for those who wish to understand the concepts of bullying and harassment at work and wish to know how to put in place an effective strategy to counteract them. The course will also advice learners on what constitutes an inclusive working environment and how to develop such an environment.

This course will enable learners and their employer to develop effective policies and procedures to counteract bullying and harassment and to develop an inclusive workplace culture.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend the timings of these sessions.

We appreciate as much notice of cancellation by delegates as possible, so that we can re-allocate the place. Delegates may cancel their booking by email or by phone.
