These in‑person masterclasses reflect SENI’s commitment to social value, collaboration and partnership working, recognising that face‑to‑face learning and peer exchange remain critical to strengthening the capacity, confidence and sustainability of our sector.
While the online sessions provided an accessible introduction to key themes, feedback from the sector highlighted the importance of deeper learning, shared experience and relationship‑building. The in‑person programme has been designed to meet this need — creating space for practical application, peer learning and meaningful partnership development.
At a time when social enterprises are navigating increased financial pressures, rising demand and greater expectations around impact and accountability, SENI’s programme focuses on practical income generation, social value partnerships and long‑term sustainability.
The programme supports organisations to:
– Strengthen income diversification and trading approaches
– Build and communicate social value in line with ESG, SDGs and human rights frameworks
– Develop effective commercial and cross‑sector partnerships
– Improve financial resilience, cost control and strategic decision‑making
Delivering this programme in person reflects SENI’s belief that collaboration and partnership working are central to capacity building — enabling organisations not only to learn from expert facilitators, but also from each other.
