The BioTech Leadership Unpacked programme features as part of the Advance ME programme, designed to support the skills needs of Northern Ireland’s Advanced Manufacturing sector, helping individuals and businesses build capability in leadership and management.

Advance ME is a fully funded skills development opportunity for 2026/27 through the Enhanced Investment Zone (EIZ) Advance SME programme, led by the Department for the Economy and funded by the UK Government.
