The Forum gets under way with networking over tea/coffee, followed by:

• Introduction: Jessica Moon, Armagh Observatory & Planetarium.
• What’s new:  Spotlight on the new Gorta – Swatragh’s Famine Story with owner/manager Dermot Friel.
• ‘Learn about Luxury:  Research into the luxury market’ – with Olivia Mulhern, Tourism Ireland.
• ‘Lean into Luxury:  a tourism practitioner’s experiences on delivering to incentive/luxe guests’ – by Mark Rodgers, Landmark Luxury Tours.
• JAM – Claire McCleery of JAM will outline how the ‘Just A Minute’ card signals that a visitor needs a little extra time, perhaps due to a hidden disability or additional need and will cite real-time experiences from our member Emerald Park showing how it helps deliver a patient, caring and seamless experience.
• Industry update from Catherine Flanagan, CEO of AVEA, followed by Lunch.
• Dome show: “Our Night Sky” – a seasonal tour of the night sky.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend the timings of Tourism NI Corporate Events at any point up to the stated start time of the session.

Delegates may cancel or amend their booking at any time by replying to their confirmation email.  However, paid events can only be refunded up to one week prior to the event.  After this date the full event cost will still be applicable.

The delegate acknowledges that all event program materials or copies thereof are and will remain the property of the training provider and are subject to copyright.  It is expressly agreed that neither the delegate nor their organisation will copy the whole or any part of those materials without the written consent of the training provider.
