Annual Review of Employment Law
This seminar looks back over 2019 to examine the essential legislative changes that have happened over the year in the area of employment law. In addition, there will be a focus on potential pending areas of reform in employment law and any key case decisions worthy of note during the last twelve months. This seminar will be of interest to anyone dealing with contemporary issues of employment such as trade union representatives and HR professionals.
At the end of this seminar participants will be able to:
- Describe the main legislative developments in employment law in the last 12 months.
- Recognise and make provision for the ramifications of the main case law developments in employment law in the last 12 months.
- Make provision for the impact of the developments on people, policies and procedures in their own workplaces.
We require a minimum of 10 attendees to run each event. If there are fewer than 10 registrations that particular seminar will be cancelled no less than 3 working days prior to the event.
