Podiem is a business consultancy and event management company, based in Belfast.  There are three strands to the business, spelt out by our brand:

• People & Organisation Development, which concentrates on Group Programme Management, Organisational Development, Research and Individual Development;
• Integration, which brings together the POD & EM strands and
• Event Management, which deals with both Event Management/Consultancy and Event Creation.
