Operating since 1996 PDQ Solutions Ltd is a mature, well respected company providing assessment, consultancy and training services to a wide variety of organisations.

We provide a range of assessment services both for individuals and organisations. Accredited to offer the PDA behavioural Profile, Team Management Profile and Discus we also offer assessment services for CMI Management Institute (CMI) qualifications via professional discussions

Our MD John Mulholland was an IIP Practitioner for over 20 years advising and assessing leading edge clients locally, nationally and internationally. His client portfolio has included public sector clients such as Invest NI, private sector clients including Allstate NI, 7 Technologies and third sector clients such as NICVA, the Cedar foundation ad Disability Action.

For organisations we have added the BS76005 Standard Valuing People through Diversity and Inclusion and 76006 Learning and Development to our portfolio of services.
