Labour Relations Agency

The Labour Relations Agency (the Agency) was established in 1976 as a Non-Departmental Public Body with responsibility for promoting the improvement of employment relations in Northern Ireland.

The Agency provides an impartial and confidential employment relations service to those engaged in industry, commerce and the public services. The Agency's services include the provision of advice on good employment practices and assistance with the development and implementation of employment policies and procedures. The Agency is also active in resolving disputes through its conciliation, mediation and arbitration services.

Events are held in the Head Office in Belfast or in the Regional Office in Derry~Londonderry. Seminars last approx 2.5 hours. Workshops last about 3.5 hours. Briefing sessions last for an hour.

There is no charge for attendance at any of these sessions.

We require a minimum of 10 attendees to run each event. If there are fewer than 10 registrations then that particular seminar/workshop will be cancelled no less than 3 working days prior to the event.
