Digital Transformation Flexible Fund

The Digital Transformation Flexible Fund (DTFF) is providing up to £7.5 million in funding to help small and micro businesses in Northern Ireland adopt advanced digital technologies. 

Running from September 2023 to March 2025, the programme supports investments in capital equipment (including hardware, software, and bespoke systems) in advanced digital technologies. 

Expressions of Interest for Call 3 closed on 12 July 2024. Funding Call 4 is expected to open in March 2025. To prepare, follow this series of webinars listed below, hosted by the William J. Clinton Leadership Institute at Queen’s University, Belfast.

DTFF is managed and delivered by Newry, Mourne and Down District Council through the existing Full Fibre Northern Ireland consortium which comprises of all 11 of Northern Ireland's local councils.
